How was the Rotary Club born?

Rotary began with the vision of one man: Paul Harris. The lawyer formed the Rotary Club of Chicago on February 23, 1905 so that professionals from different sectors could exchange ideas and make lasting friendships. Over time, Rotary has gradually expanded its reach and vision for humanitarian service.
